Cancellation and refund policy

At BHRIVAA Candles, every candle is handcrafted and hand-poured with care, making each piece unique. As most of our products are made to order, we kindly request you to review our policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Customized & Personalized Orders: Once production has started, customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

As our candles are handmade and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been processed and dispatched.

Replacement Eligibility

If you receive any of the following:

  • A product damaged during transit
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect product

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us assess your request, kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • An unedited unboxing video showing the package and the issue

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Slight colour variations
  • Natural wax frosting
  • Minor surface imperfections or tiny air bubbles
  • Small differences in texture or finish due to the handmade process
  • Personal fragrance preferences or expectations regarding scent strength
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or candle use after delivery

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
