Welcome to BHRIVAA Candles. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Handmade Products

All BHRIVAA Candles are individually handcrafted and hand-poured with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, fragrance intensity, frosting, or finish may occur. These are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

2. Made-to-Order Production

Most of our candles are freshly made after your order is confirmed. We do not maintain large quantities of ready stock to ensure the quality and freshness of every product.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

For wholesale and customized orders, the minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per candle design or fragrance, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Retail Orders

Orders below the minimum order quantity are available only for products that are currently in stock.

5. Payment Terms

  • Retail Orders: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • Wholesale & Customized Orders: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch.

6. Customization

We offer customization for selected products, including:

  • Candle colours
  • Fragrances
  • Labels
  • Packaging
  • Corporate gifting
  • Wedding and event favours

Customized orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.

7. Packaging Charges

Premium gift boxes, customized packaging, and special packing requirements may incur additional charges unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package dimensions, weight, and courier partner rates. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before dispatch.

9. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery across India. International shipping may be available for selected products or bulk orders upon request.

10. Taxes

Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged as per the prevailing Government of India regulations. A tax invoice will be provided wherever applicable.

11. Candle Safety

For safe usage, please follow these precautions:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from children and pets.
  • Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Trim the wick to approximately 5–6 mm (¼ inch) before each use.
  • Keep candles away from curtains, fans, windows, and other flammable materials.
  • Allow the candle to cool completely before handling or relighting.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product photographs, logos, designs, text, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of BHRIVAA Candles and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

BHRIVAA Candles shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the candle care and safety instructions provided with our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
